Mark McNeilly is a professor at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and Chair of the UNC Provost’s AI Committee, which enables the university’s adoption of artificial intelligence across teaching, research, and operations.

Mark speaks to companies and organizations about AI and writes about it in his Substack newsletter, Mimir’s Well. He is also an advisor  for QuantHub, an AI focused Ed Tech firm.

As a former global marketing executive with IBM and Lenovo, he brings deep industry experience in technology, strategy, and innovation to his academic and advisory work. Mark is also the author of three books with Oxford University Press, including the popular Sun Tzu and the Art of Business: Six Principles for Managers.
