Pamela D. West

Pamela D. West is an accomplished educator and leader from Montgomery, Alabama, with more than 25 years of experience in K–12 education. She holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s in Math Education from Alabama State University, along with an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership K–12 from Grand Canyon University. Pamela serves on the Alabama Education Association Board of Directors for District 2, the National Education Association Board of Directors for Alabama, and her local Montgomery County Education Association board. She is also a TEAMS teacher and STEM-certified educator at JAG High School, where she is recognized as a model classroom teacher and ACT mastery instructor.

A strong advocate for instructional innovation, Pamela serves as a QuantHub Data Ambassador and is a member of the NEA Blended Learning Leadership Team. She is a Nationally Certified Blended Learning Course Facilitator and works with the NEA Teacher Quality Department as a trainer and coach, supporting future educators as they prepare for Praxis Core and Math Content assessments. Across every role, Pamela remains committed to empowering educators, elevating student achievement, and advancing equitable, high-quality learning experiences for all students.
